I’ve recently been asked about the tariffs for dairy products entering other countries around the world.
This is complex, because not only are they a financial tariffs but there also things called nontariff barriers.
And while many countries have very low Tariffs, they have rules and regulations that restrict Australia exporting to them.
These include licenses for importing companies, Or testing regimes that make it very difficult to land products in the country.
Information on the general tariffs can be found at Dairy Australia’s website.
Here is a little shout out to the staff at Dairy Australia , their response time was amazing when I asked a question about quotas, thank you very much.
